Tafadzwa(Taffy) Gwitira is a farmer, chef and policy consultant. She is a Certified Public Manager in Non-Profit, Federal and State. Her work is focused on community engagement, access, human rights, and sustainable development. Tafadzwa has been honored as a community advocate to represent vulnerable populations at the White House and before the United Nations. Originally from Zimbabwe, and Tanzania, she speaks five languages, and is thrilled to call Chicago home. Her favorite things include food and fishing, and her eternal favorite people are her nieces.
