Cathi Ho Schar, AIA LEED-AP,  is the inaugural director of the University of Hawaii Community Design Center, a hybrid teaching practice established and led by the UH School of Architecture to provide a university-wide platform for faculty, staff, students, and partnered professionals across disciplines to collaborate on public interest projects. Cathi received her B.A. from Stanford University and M.Arch from University of California at Berkeley.
