Alex Salazar is specialized in multi-family affordable housing and community design. He began his career as a Graham Foundation Fellow working on participatory housing projects in India, and is a former member of the Board of Directors of ACD. He founded Salazar Architect Inc. in 2007 in the SF Bay Area, and moved to Portland, OR in 2014 where he occasionally teaches and collaborates with the Center for Public Interest Design at Portland State University.
