Ryan Flanigan is a lifelong Baltimore resident and has lived in Remington since 2011. He has been involved with the Greater Remington Improvement Association since 2011, serving two terms are president. He is currently an Open Society Institute-Baltimore Community Fellow working to create a Community Land Trust in Remington. He is partnering with neighbors, social justice organizations, and local nonprofits to bring permanently affordable, community-controlled housing to Remington.
