*Tour meets at R House: 301 W 29th St, Baltimore, MD 21211

Remington is a working class community that has recently experienced a surge of redevelopment. Typically, investment in Baltimore has been focused around the harbor. These projects represent investment in a challenged neighborhood without the waterfront asset. Remington is a neighborhood fiercely committed to a resurgence, but one that stays true to its character and personality. Spend a few hours walking around the area with representatives of a leading developer, designers, and a community leader to hear how change took place in Remington.
