Community Food Lab and its founder, Erin White, are at the nexus of an emerging local food ecosystem in Raleigh, NC, that is growing around collaboration, collective organizing, and open-ended creative approaches. This presentation will explore the development of three elements of this local food ecosystem: the Raleigh Food Corridor, the Capital Area Food Network, and the Wake County Food Security Plan. Each of these elements has been led or co-led by Erin White, and together they represent innovative directions in community design.
